Thank you for sharing. As a very white Norwegian I have limited experience and knowledge of these issues. My only opportunity to learn is from what I read and what people are willing to share of their painful experiences. Even though I didn’t understand everything, Thank you for so kindly giving me the opportunity to learn ❤

I was born in Tanzania but raised in DC and Maryland. Even after my family immigrated to the U.S, I have always lived in predominantly black communities my entire life, including now. I'm a proud HBCU graduate. Most of my friends are Black Americans and my brother-in-law is a Black American. I dare say that the Diaspora Wars are fueled and spearheaded by agents of chaos, who are unbeknownst to themselves willing agents of White Supremacy. That's why the work you and others do is so necessary and important. Also I find people who are easily duped into Diaspora Wars (on both sides) tend to be least likely to be in community with people from other parts of the Diaspora. We need to change that. It really does wonders in combating the ignorance. I know it did for me and my family.

Yes Kaylin, this is the mindset that all black people should have. I always tell people that no group of black people has any valid reason to be mad at another group of black people. Non what's so ever. If you don't like another group of black people just keep quite instead of spewing negativity There is nothing to gain out of the black diaspora wars, just a waste of time and energy, over petty differences. Meanwhile other races of people (not all) look down on us for the one thing we all have in common. I really appreciated this video, you said exactly what I was thinking. I am glad you are using your platform to talk sense to the community ☺️☺️ Peace and hope you are well and comfortable during the remainder of your pregnancy ☺️☺️

❤Ma sha ALLAH my dear Sister Kaylan , this video topic is soo right on time and absolutely in my opinion positively correct. This channel and your fabulous work of writing and giving all of us African Americans a spotlight on your platforms has been personally for me appreciated, respected with much sincere gratitude. You have a professionalism of journalism that ✨💫💥sparks internationally and GOD almighty has blessed you and us to return Home. I was again touched when You talked about your great great great beloved ❤(i saw the word great several times) Grandmother, just her age and the number of generations ago alone is a testament to your calling to return to Mother Africa ( and you have a picture of her to know her is incredible , fascinating and extremely rare) I don’t mean to turn this into a out-right spiritual theme but something powerfully more is going on that can’t be denied. As you stated so many good points as “ out of RESPECT for our Ancestors “ is where and who we are descended from. This topic resonates for those whom are consciously awake. It is also one ☝🏾of the main reasons I returned and to know, learn and give back to my people. This episode is a beauty and I can rant forever. May you stay blissfully blessed, full of prosperity and more love to you and our ❤family there in Namibia on purpose, Amin🙌🏾👏🏽🤲🏾. Collectively together we are Strong, Unified and Unstoppable! We are indeed 🤲🏾🙏🏾Grateful, thank you so very much. African Americans and Africans, UNITE✊🏾❤!!!💪🏿.

Diaspora wars is an invention by white supremacists. It is called colonialism. Don't be suckered into this fallacy. Ignore it! We are the same people. White supremacists see the African Diaspora coming together and this is their ultimate fear. One undeniable power, a force that they know is coming. But, it's our future and it is coming. It's a gift from God and our ancestors. White Supremacy is petrified that we will do to them what they did to the African Diaspora for centuries. We are a humane people. We will let God correct the world of the atrocities done to the African Diaspora.

The devil wants to divide the African Diaspora and he uses the weak amongst us to do it. We need to embrace each other and become one loyal collective community. African Supremacy, protecting and supporting each other.

I like the comments you made. We need to take a step back and understand the root cause of why Black people around the world, including the Continent of Africa speak such negativity about each other. It is by design. The westerners (Europeans, enslavers, colonizers etc) had to find a way to keep us divided so we would never come together and unify. So the enslavers/colonizers designed a propaganda system that would manipulate our minds against people of African descent, on the Continent and off the Continent. So we base our perceptions on what they told us and through media. It is time for us to stop bashing each other and come together in unity and change the negative stereotypes and narrative about who we are as a people. After all people of African descent is the largest group of people on the planet. So let’s start heart felt love for each other versus the negative stereotypes generated by white supremacy and western media. ❤

Thank you for your cleansing thoughts. I think these diaspora wars have been engineered by you-know-who, but exploit the unnecessary disrespect many Black people seem to enjoy showing to each other. And its not only inter-diaspora, but intra-diaspora. For example, we have all heard some Black Americans call other Black Americans "ghetto" as a disparagement; or Black Nigerians call other Black Nigerians "bushman" as disparagement. I'm sure one can find intra-diaspora put-downs amongst any Black group, all as a way to stand on another person. As a Nigerian, I really hate the colonial usage of the terms "houseboy" or "housegirl" for employed house help. This classist disrespect for each other occurring right in the home, being built right into our language and common usage. The domino effect of disrespectful language and thinking is that our political "leaders" view us all as houseboys/housegirls to be disrespected, underserved, and embezzled. By treating each other with respect, and wanting the best for each other, throughout the diaspora, by default, we end creating a pro-Black, welcoming world that all Black people benefit from. It leads to political and economic and social stability and progress.

My sister you are correct. All nationalities are mixed bags with the good and the bad and everything in between. It's pointless, useless and plainly stupid for us to through mud onto each other. It's not enough that everywhere in the world we are insulted and disrespected; we must double down on all that against ourselves. We the people of African descent are one and we should respect and elevate one another. Stay true to Pan-African love and respect.
